The folks behind eBoost don't promote their energy beverage powder as a diet drink. But I'll be damned if it isn't. Imagine if you will a swankier version of Emergen-C with the kick of Red Bull, and perhaps a kick in the ass from that bull and you've got eBoost.
Me and two co-workers gave the stuff a go this morning. I am so not a morning person. I don't drink a lot of coffee, it gets cold on my desk before I can normally get a full cup down. I do, though, drink a lot of diet sodas. So knowing this morning I'd be giving the eBoost a test run, I gave myself a small allotment of caffeine just to ensure I would not get an evil caffeine headache. I'd say for the course of the day I have had the equivalent of one Diet Coke.
My co-worker used an eBoost powdered packet, and followed the directions to a T. She used 8 oz of water, and just did not like the taste. Please note she is a very picky vegan, and I was only able to coerce her into even trying the stuff because it contains no sugar. I tried to goad her into adding more water, but she wasn't having it. The other co-worker pocketed hers. Me, well I used a tablet, and mixed probably about 16 oz of water and ice, because I'm a rule breaker. It took a while to dissolve, but the diluted amount of the eBoost, which is effervescent tasted good to me. A mild orange taste, and with the ice was very refreshing.
Trust me, the dilution didn't affect the power of this stuff.
It is packed with various vitamins, heavy on the Bs, minerals, plus some herbal extracts, and Taurine, the stuff that puts the Red in Redbull. It does have a hefty dose of sodium, but so do most diet sodas. This stuff was obvious designed to recover from a hangover. I wasn't hungover, but I was sluggish.
Anyway, I was the office champ today, I was energized, but not jittery. It didn't even dawn on me until I go home that I had eaten very little today. Normally I am a big snacker. I took it around 10am, and it is about 8pm now and I still feel pretty good. Not wired, but not exhausted like I normally am after a busy day.
So back to the diet thing. Even though they're not hawking this stuff as a diet drink, I think it could be a good booster, no pun intended, to any diet regimen. Give it a go. It can be purchased at various boutiques, hotels and from their website, eBoost.com
PS. Next time I tie one on, I'm going for my eBoost vs. a greasy biscuit and a soda!

Bismark PR loves the EBOOST! We take it everday at 2pm like a ritual and we jam through the rest of the day with razor focus & consistent energy. It has cut back trips to Starbucks by 90%.....I agree with you DIETER i no longer snack or feel hungry when i take EBOOST and actually more motivated to work out and hence have lost almost 2 sizes and now go to the gym 5x a week instead of well maybe 1 or 2 times..
I tried this as well and felt great all day! It did curb my appetite for snacking, I think thats the vitamin B?
I use it all the time instead of a coffee and also find that it curbs my appetite and kills my craving for food.....Although i need to gain weight and not lose weight but i would recommend this product it tastes great and gives me a nice healthy boost.

I love Eboost so much I would take it even if it wasn't good for you. I always expect it to taste kind of blah since it's in a packet but it's soo good. It has completely replaced soda for me (I am a big orange soda fan and it's kind of similar). I didn't think it had taurine in it though, are you sure? Anyway, I hate Red Bull and coffee makes me ill so Eboost is like my miracle worker.

Love the stuff! I just discovered that Bed Bath & Beyond sells it, so with a coupon it's the best price around. Keep in mind, you can use expired and multiple coupons there!
I got introduced to EBOOST at Miss Sixty on Melrose all the staff were BOOSTING and talked me into buying a box, a week later i was in Nordstroms Ebar and the woman behind bar talked me into buying EBOOST new flavor Pink Lemonade...I have never seen so much passion from a sales person about a product, so i am now 2 weeks deep into Daily Boosting and i have to admit i am not only a fan i find myself pushing it on all my friends and family.....what type of healthy crack is it? I am hooked......
Seriously guys, this stuff is amazing! I used to be addicted to coffee and redbull but now I drink this stuff almost every morning and I'm good to go. Plus the orange taste is great. Kind of like orange soda. I also just tried the Pink Lemonade flavor at Equinox in Santa Monica at the Elixir cafe. Just as amazing as the orange! Now I even drink it with vodka on the nights out...And then the morning after to cure the hangover. Obsessed...i definitely recommend it!
Forget that coffee that leaves your breath smelling like death, and forget the crash of those energy drinks that taste like gasoline. EBOOST does it all and it tastes great. Once I read the description "Daily Health Booster" I immediately had to try it, and I have been hooked ever since. Everyone at our office decided to have a more active lifestyle for our new years resolutions, and EBOOST gave us that extra push! Oh, It seems I got to try this thing! Saw the ad at modelinia. Sounds like a delightful experience! Can someone tell me how many calories it is inside one single drink?
